None of what I quoted makes a lick of sense.
You don't think it makes sense that the casinos which have lower limits also have dealers who don't win quite as often as the dealers at the big casinos?
That's not an opinion, its a fact.

They were that high this weekend because of the Matchbox 20 concert. I went on Saturday afternoon before the LSU game and played $15 with my wife. We walked away $500 ahead.

Do you honestly think that the dealers are manipulating the cards so that none of the people at the table can win?

Nope. That's an opinion and it's a very uninformed opinion.
They put the more experienced dealers on the higher limit tables but the dealers have no care in the world as to how the cards fall. The game's rules is what makes the casino money.

Plus in my opinion you have better odds of winning at the blackjack table in places that have lower limits.
I think I saw you at Beau Rivage one night a year or so ago. Were you the old man playing slots next to me about a year ago.
He got really frustrated that he wasn't winning, so he yelled into the area of the machine that he thought was a speaker/microphone. Said that they needed to let the machine win for him since he has been playing so long. Then he called them a-holes.

Glad the limits are high, I've been several times out there and enjoyed not seeing the crowd of people gambling away their last dollars in the slot machine, or the guy coming up with 6 crumbled ones to the dice table to play a couple of yo's.

Harrahs has little touch screens on their slot machines. You place your order and the bartender makes drink. Server will get them to you pretty quickly. You can order another one right after they leave and you can be double fisting in no time.

Dealers all play by the same rules. They stay on either soft or hard 17 depending on the casino

BTHog, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

I haven't been yet to the L'Auberge, but one thing that does matter when picking a blackjack game more favorable to the player are the rules/style of game?
Is the casino filled with the machines that shuffle the entire deck after each hand? (I wouldn't play at all, rather than sit down at one of those) I seem to remember a bunch of those at the other BR casinos.
Do they have any single/double deck games?

That's not entirely true. They have a 30 min rule where you cant order a drink within 30 min of the last one you ordered.

We were told that too. A little after an hour we went to check where we stood and they told us there were ELEVEN 4-tops ahead of us. The table wound up being ready about an hour or so later, but we had already grabbed sandwiches from the PJ's place.
